Nottinghill like it oughta-be - laid back, unstuffy, good solid modern euro-classic's, even better now that interpol removed their previous chef (seriously) Cocktails are up to scratch and Sequoia downstairs is a great way to continue the night. nice people good food, and small but nice dancefloor downstairs.
This is one of the most important jazz club of London. Based in the middle of the center is easly richable from oxford circus or Piccarilly tube. The programme is impressive with a lot of artist from every part of the world-check the web page to sort the programme out-. the entrance is aroud 15 pound but It is worth one's while.
Rockwell bar in a very nice place at the end of Strand, which specialises in bourbon cocktails.
The list is impressive and is simple to get drank trying two or three different coquetelles...
hight raccomended to order from the selection of light snacks something to accompany the drinks. Rockwel has a very good restaurant as well with an excellent testing menu.
Established almost 30 years ago, this restaurant enjoys an incredible location in fact is in the middle of Coven Garden. The ambient is pretty nice with the wooden floor upstairs, and mirror and Victorian decor downstairs. I went there just once and I have to say that the food was very normal, the service average but the bill quite expensive. Not more than commercial!
This is a very nice members’ club (for a fee of £250) in the middle of London, just 2 blocks from
Piccadilly Circus. Rex Cinema and Bar is quite small but the quantity of mirror and the lights create an illusion of space and colors that make this place unique. it opens until 3am and has its own dance floor generally offers a mix of songs. Nice atmosphere.
This is a very popular, cool and funky destination in Camberwell Road.. The two floor bar
and club in fact has always lots of top name DJs that regulary play at Redstar great music.
The club is open till late (4 am) so a lot of people arrive in the we toi anjoy one of the most
crezy night of London. High raccomended to write your name down in the guest list before going...
Between Kensington Olympia and Earl's Court you can find , not far from the train rail, this traditional English pub very known in the area because it is one of the only: in fact because of the absence of alternative this place is always full of people during the week and in the week end as well. Good selection of beers and ale, normal food, and a lot of Premiership and other sports on the screens.
This is a stylish bar and restaurant in the middle of the City. The bar is situated downstairs: the
atmosphere is relaxed, the drinks are prepared very well and the music is soft but cool. Upstairs there are two private dining rooms where modern British dishes are served. In general overprice but reachable for the City crowd that populate the place.
Usual pub and bar atmosphere during the week when, after work, people go there just to have a drink and to have relaxed time. Totally different atmosphere during the week end when people arrive from every part of the area to enjoy the live DJ, the funky and soul tracks and the vibe that here you can find. On Sunday too many people for me...but nice.
